Peter’s Pasta Receipe 

1/2 diced yellow onion
1 red/orange bell pepper diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 can tomato sauce
250 ml heavy cream
Diced skinless halibut
White wine
Capers
Dill weed
Some kind of soft cheese ie cream cheese or chevre
Salt /pepper
Fresh lemon juice

Saute onion in olive oil or butter until softened add bell pepper and garlic, saute until garlic cooks out

add white wine (1/4 cup) if desired
add Tomato sauce, dill cook a little to reduce
add cream, capers and cream cheese until it starts to thicken a little
then add halibut and and simmer until fish is cooked
finish with lemon juice and cracked pepper and salt if desired
toss with your favourite pasta
top with fresh parsley and lemon zest for finishing touches
and enjoy

Salmon or ling cod would also work
