2026 Guiding Plans
Anglers,
I will be guiding this summer of 2026 and am looking forward to another season of fantastic fishing in Comox, Telegraph Cove, Kyuquot and Vancouver.
Whether you wish a high-end fly-in trip on Vancouver Island, a drive-in trip or just a bring your own boat BYOB I have you covered. I have a niche situation with established lodges. Please call me for the details.
Additionally, I will be guiding out of Sewell’s Marina in Horseshoe Bay and therefore will be plying the waters in and around Vancouver from June to Sept. Fishing Vancouver waters offers the convenience of day trips in contrast to the multi day wilderness experience of Northern Vancouver Island . The choice is now yours.
I will have a fishing boat stationed in Comox and Craecroft Island and one in Horseshoe Bay. Guided trips at any location. Call me to find out the dates for each location. I will be balancing my time between Vancouver and Vancouver Island. As well I will be working with Norm Hann normhann.com who will be also guiding in Comox.

Preparing your catch
I spent a great portion of the 2024 season pursuing ling cod without jigging and enjoyed fantastic results.
Lings are most probably the easiest fish to prepare for the table. Check out fish tacos in the menu bar on website. Never thought that I would enjoy fish tacos BUT they are amazing.
